We stayed here either side of our time at the Elephant Valley Project (EVP). It’s just a short walk away from the pick-up point, the owner of the Homestay, however, kindly dropped us off so that we had time for a quick breakfast.
You’re allowed to use the kitchen if you wish, the room was very clean and comfortable and the hosts are very gracious - even their young boys are good at English and are fun to have a chat with! Friendly place would definitely recommend.
The room that we had was just next to a row of street food stalls which get going early, so it was a bit noisy on one morning of our stay - we didn’t mind too much as we had to rise early anyhow!
We had a fantastic stay at the Mondulkiri Holiday Homestay. The owner was super helpful and speaks incredibly fluent English.
He gave us recommendations for the local area, helped us book a bus to Ratanakiri and cooked a great breakfast. We also learned about the history of the town and its people from him.
Family room was very spacious, clean and air-conditioned.
I'd 100% stay here again if I'm ever back in town. 😊
Booked a single room for US$8. Room is clean and neat and big with attached bathroom. Good value for money. Host Raiya is very kind and offer to do my laundry too. Highly recommended!
A comfortable room in the heart of Sen Monorom! The hosts were very helpful and if you just need a good place to lay your head, rest and set off to explore from, this is ideal.
