Very resort by the river with one big Cambodian wooden house and several wooden house bungalows. The river view and mountain view is extremely beautiful.

Was there with family for the short escape from the crowd, highly recommend for this resort. The atmosphere is so fresh and best view in the morning/evening.

To the fellows Cambodian that is looking for a getaway weekend, to my very recent experience, this is not a place to go to and it is not as nice as it seems! I booked a big house with a total of $400/night, got there the house was nice and had a huge front yard and water front to enjoy. Unfortunately, the water front is connected to 2 of the floating dining house, I always had a thought of our rented place as a private area. Sadly, one of the floating dining place was taken by another guest from one of the bungalows, which doesn’t make sense and to the part that the house is private, it is not anymore. We were disturbed by the loud speakers and people walking in the out across our yard front of house. Not to finished yet, they kept on being guest to sit on our reserved floating dining area over and over again. Morning after, bills came in to check out from the resort, cost of coals were even included! These little cost that we weren’t aware of that they will charged us if we used it, we wasn’t told about it, at all! So please to those who find this place and wanted to have a great reunion and time with big family, this is not a place to go and you’ll be sure to regret every second of it!

I've been there with my family on khmer new year for two days that was a good place to avoid from town and crowdy. What I love about is the view around. There are mountains, river and trees. The staffs served us good and polite. BUT THERE ARE SOME DISADVANTAGES I would recommend the owner to change. HERE IS THE THING I book the room for two nights with my family and after I spent a night there my 2 years old kid can't sleep well. It can be the place that he's not used to. This accidently happened so my wife asked them to leave before the day, so we slept there only 1 night. But there owner replied we need to pay full price for two days EVEN WE EXPLAINED THAT THERE IS NO ANY HOTEL OR BUNGALOW DO THAT. (When we book they offer the discount $60/night. FULL price $100/night) I offered the normal price to them I willing to pay $100 for a night I spent but the owner not accepted my offer. The solution is we force to spent another night at there. An hour later they called 📞 my wife and asked if we still want to leave he said my accountant know how to fix this but (they may received a call from a guest looking for a room). The thing is we moved our stuff in and out just because of our expecting to leave and got a bit tired to move again. We replied we stay. "LOOK THEY ABLE TO FIX BUT THEY DON'T" If they accepted I paid them $100/night and open for another guest they will charge them normal price. Now I stayed I paid them for $120 for 2 night.
