We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Memoire Palace Resort & Spa. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, everything was exceptional. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and impeccably maintained, with spacious rooms, excellent facilities, and outstanding service throughout. A special thank you to Vichamean, who made our stay truly unforgettable. She was an incredible host warm, attentive, professional, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Her hospitality went above and beyond, making us feel welcomed and cared for every step of the way. The entire team deserves praise for their kindness and attention to detail. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Memoire Palace Resort & Spa to anyone visiting Siem Reap. We look forward to returning!

I had a wonderful experience staying at Memoire Siem Reap Hotel. The hotel offers excellent service, comfortable rooms, and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff are very friendly, professional, and always ready to assist guests with a warm smile. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the facilities were in good condition. The breakfast provided a good variety of choices and was delicious every morning. I was especially impressed by how attentive and caring the staff were throughout my stay. The swimming pool was clean and enjoyable, making it a great place to relax after exploring Siem Reap. Overall, the hospitality exceeded my expectations and made me feel welcomed from check-in to check-out. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap and looking for friendly service, comfortable accommodation, and excellent value for money. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel is spacious, clean, and refreshing. The staff here is professional, great, accommodating, and polite. Below a quick breakdown of opinions of the amenities. 1 star bad 5 star great Room ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ clean and big, I have a balcony where I can jump into the pool Pool ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ there is 2 ... Plus a center bar Spa ⭐⭐⭐⭐ cant speak too much on because I was on a time crunch, but based on being free... I give it a 4 Gym ⭐⭐⭐⭐ okay I'm a gym rat... So I am bias but still got a good workout in, plus it is clean Staff ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ professional, accommodating, your presence will be notice and they will take care of you if you have any questions/concerns Breakfast - I can't give a rating, time rush, went on a 3 mile run and left early in the morning I wish I stayed here at the beginning when preparing for the family's wedding, it will be worth the additional $20 a night, my room was at $80. If you take the opportunity for look for deals... You won't be disappointed from your experience here. The location is not bad and far away from the night lift for peace and quiet, you literally can take a 2-3 dollar ride to and from the hotel to the pub street area.

We had a very comfortable stay at Memoire Palace Resort & Spa, and overall it offers decent value with a relaxing atmosphere. The location works well — it’s about a five-minute tuk-tuk ride to Pub Street, which means you’re close to the action, shopping, and restaurants, but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet at night. The hotel itself feels spacious and modern, with large rooms that are clean, well-designed, and very comfortable after a long day exploring the temples. Service throughout the stay was also ok. The team was friendly, polite, and helpful whenever we needed assistance. The spa is also worth mentioning — a great place to unwind with a relaxing treatment after a day out in the heat. The overall ambiance of the resort feels calm and welcoming. The only downside during our stay was breakfast. The breakfast area is relatively small for the size of the resort, and during peak times it was quite difficult to find a table. Unfortunately, the staff did not seem proactive in managing seating or helping guests secure space, which made the experience a bit frustrating. That said, aside from the breakfast setup, everything else about the resort was enjoyable. With its spacious rooms, good service, and convenient location, Memoire Palace is a solid choice for a comfortable stay in Siem Reap.

We really had an amazing experience with Memoire Palace. From inquiring to checking out, it was a smooth process and the staff are very friendly. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Any requests we had were responded promptly. The pool was amazing! If you’re looking for a quiet, calm, and serene place to stay at with a touch of nature, this is a place for you and your little ones.
