ข้อมูลที่ควรทราบ
The resort restaurant is open daily from 7 AM to 10 PM. Guests should bring mosquito repellent, as insects are present in the area. Dinner pricing is on the higher end compared to similar properties in the country.
Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay here, which is probably among one of the best and more well appointed hotels in Mondulkiri. The landscape is lush and villas were a good size. The weather was nice and cold so didn't have the opportunity to use the pool. Only downside was a bit too many insects and bugs in the villa, but nothing too unmanageable.
More importantly the hotel staff led by their French manager truly exhibited 5-star service. We had some car trouble when we arrived, and the staff went the extra mile to phone a mechanic and arrange to have it serviced at a garage. They provided regular updates to us and helped us liaise with the mechanic. We were able to safely return to Phnom Penh thanks to their help!
The place was not as advertised. Our "Deluxe Villa with Mountain and Pool View" overlooked a tin roof and cleaning supplies. The photos of the dining room on their website showed upholstered chairs, table cloths, European fare, curtains, and red wine -- none of which were there. The General Manager, whom the staff kowtowed to before attending to guests, told us that there was "no red wine in the entire town"! I got food poisoning in their restaurant and was up all night. The next day I went into town where we found several places, including a wholesaler, which had red wine. We ate at an Italian restaurant and she was there and dared to ask me what I was doing there! Our room was full of ants. It was not cleaned. We were out of water and toilet paper. While the weather was very pleasant, we could not open the windows because there were neither screens on the windows nor a mosquito net, and there were lots of mosquitoes. We left a day early.
Lovely hotel, rooms have excellent air con. Included is a small kitchen/ tv room. Stayed 2 nights, was not too busy. The restaurant had a mix of Cambodian and ‘Western’ food.
A really beautiful and peaceful place to relax!
Highly recommend for those who are more into the "in forest" vibe as the resort is located low and surrounded by nature.
You'll enjoy bird chirping, soft water streaming and gentle breeze 🍃
Make sure to bring mosquito repellent with you!
Well managed resort located outside the town. Elegant villas with full equipment. All was working and place was clean and tidy. Breakfast is OK, dinner a bit pricey. Compared to the simmilar hotels in country, 5 stars no doubt.
