I stay here for a night and it’s definitely memorable since they upgraded my room for free. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is in the central located in BKK area, can access to many restaurants, pubs and tourism sites.

The hotel room i stayed at for 2 weeks was amazingly clean and set up before my arrival when i booked from agoda. And the staff were very nice and understanding. Before arriving to the hotel i checked the lowest rated recent reviews and many talked about "Don't trust the 5 star reviews as those people were given gifts to leave a 5 star review for the hotel". That was just lie. The staff didnt offer me anything like that. I am leaving this 5 star as a truthful rating on MY experience. There were also claims of hotel rooms being dirty. In my experience my hotel was well clean and beautifully set up: the bed was clean and not foul smelling, the toilet was spot clean and the kitchen was well organized. 🔥 The staff were very respectful and understanding. Be it me or other foreigners. They also have a 'do not disturb' cutout in the rooms you can use to attach at doors which i constantly used as i made sure i kept my room very clean (personal habit). And the kind cleaning staff would respect the do not disturb sign. I had a very positive visit in cambodia specially with M Residence being my hotel of choice. If, in the future i visit cambodia again i will make sure to take this hotel again. Thank you M Residence 😁🔥

Great location, amazing roof top views day & night & excellent gym. I had a comfortable peaceful nights rest in the room on the 21st floor, used the washing machine on the outside balcony with room to dry in minutes. I had moved from the Vrest hotel which unfortunately wasn't anywhere near as good &i wish I had alot earlier.

A very good value accomodation in Phnom Penh. I even got a free upgrade to a higher and city view room 😍 They also have gym and rooftop pool which is a top notch. Very recommended!

This accommodation is what I wanted, a comfortable, safe, cheap place, and the service is quite good, they prioritized comfort for me during the 1 month I stayed here. facilitas room good 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
