The AC in our room hasn't been serviced for a long time. We had to set it to 16 degrees and run it continuously. If the AC had been serviced regularly, there would be no need to run it continuously or set it to 16 degrees.
Other than that, they have a beautiful building. If only they took care of their ACs in time! The room was perfectly clean when we checked in, the lights were good, and the bathroom was neat. The electric sockets are conveniently positioned. The receptionists are all very nice people. The gentleman who checked us in helped me carry my luggage upstairs.
good room had weird coloured muted shrek green walls as if he took some pastel pills put overall nice had a kettle which is good cause we had noodles quite a lot. The bathroom was nice. It was bigger although the toilet seat was a bit wonky so when you sat on it, you slipped and slide a bit.
My only complaint about this place is we came in low season which we understand is hard for locals with the lack of tourism but their standby tour guide they say they have would not stop messaging us asking for their tour even though we didn’t want it when we were sat at breakfast he ask us what time he’s picking us up, even though we never agreed to do
The location of the place is pretty good as there are supermarkets, markets, a 7/11, cafes and whatnot nearby. The staff was pretty difficult to comprehend as they were pretty weird, however, ultimately it didn’t affect anything. The price is very much on the lower side of things and for that price (7 usd for a non-ac room and 12 usd for an ac room) it is a great deal. The room itself was really spacious and more than enough for two people, the shower was spacious as well, with most amenities provided.
The room is big. Bed was comfortable, pillows were too soft. The room has a kettle, and A/C which is an additional charge of $5 a day. We booked FAN only, but its impossible to survive the heat of 105°F. So, after one day we had to pay for the AC. The staff are friendly and speak English. There is NO housekeeping unless you ask for it. The location is not bad. Lucky supermarket is 3 minutes walk and the local market is 2 minutes walk. Tuk tuk is close by incase you want to go farther.
There is NO hot water heater in the bathroom. The water is room temperature. Also there is no separation of the shower and toilet. Bring our own soap. There is no elevator,so it can be difficult to carry your luggage up 3 flight of stairs.

The foyer/s look a bit odd but when you go past that, rooms are great!
