My husband and I stayed 4 nights at KNN resort. We loved it. GM Rose and all staffs were very friendly and efficient. We definitely recommend this lovely place. Thank you

This place is outstanding for its Excellent Service and delicious food. Every Small inquiry about excursions or extra Service was taken care of in a very warm-hearted and professional way. The rooms are very comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay.

I recently stayed at KNN Resort Mondulkiri and was genuinely impressed by the tranquil setting and luxurious feel of the property. Nestled atop the hills, the resort offers breathtaking views of lush greenery making it a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a blend of Khmer and Western styles. Offering privacy and comfort. The staff were friendly and accommodating. While the resort delivers on luxury and ambiance, amenity maintenance could be improved to reach a full 5-star experience.

First, I would like to applaud Rose the manager for her exceptional service and to thank thank her so much for her hospitality, my wife and I had an amazing experience at KNN. The management and the team are nothing less but an amazing reflection of Cambodian charm and hospitality. Second, the hotel is placed in the middle of a forest and the hotel architecture respects this by being built inside a beautiful parc that is subtly integrated into the forest. The rooms, food and swimming pool contributed to the amazing experience. Best of luck to you Rose and to your team ☺️🙏🏽

Dangerous management. Stay away. We stayed here on our trip through Cambodia - hoping for a bit of luxury. The resort wasn’t finished, the curtains inside billowed from the wind because the buildings were so badly insulated and most importantly, we were incarcerated by management on check out because we raised the issues encountered. We spoke to the front door desk about our issues upon which the gates to the resort were closed. Needless to say this bordered an illegal incarceration. Stay away and spend your cash elsewhere is all I can say! The owner/manager wasn’t on-site and unleashed loose threats of police involvement which backed down once we reciprocated with the same from the UK embassy.
