Close to the city centre. Large clean rooms with hot showers, good wifi and comfortable furnishings. The staff are fabulous: always smiling and very helpful. Good English is spoken at reception and in the restaurants. The Skybar is a lovely place to spend an evening and as a solo female traveller I felt very comfortable there. I had great noodle soups for breakfast both mornings I ate there.

The hotel was nice. Reception and cleaners were very friendly. The sky bar/restaurant was a very bad experience. We were a table of 9 (6 being kids). We ordered our food and after 40 minutes some fries and spring rolls arrived. After an hour we still hadn't received the rest of our food. We were told it was coming soon, and shortly after a miserable looking salad arrived. We asked the waiter if we could cancel the rest of the order and pay for what we had had already. At this point an angry looking seemingly drunk man who had been sitting with a group at another table turned up and said we had to pay for everything we had ordered. When we asked to speak to the manager, he said he was the owner of the hotel (he clearly wasnt). My wife ended up paying for everything to avoid confrontation. The food was brought to our rooms getting on for 2 hours after ordering and it didn't fail to disappoint. After nearly 20 years of living in Cambodia, this was definitely my worst restaurant experience. On the plus side, the breakfast restaurant downstairs was good and the staff were friendly.

Considering the location, it offered a reasonable level of comfort and service for the price. I was particularly impressed by the rooftop restaurant, which was a great place to relax and enjoy the evening.

Very convenient place. I have never used a room there but the spa/swimming pool part is really nice. Its 5$ for spa/pool and gym. The spa area is decent 👍 I am going there almost every week 🙂
