Excellent service! Both the front desk receptionists and the restaurant staff want you to have a comfortable stay. I only stayed one night to visit Sambor Prei Kuk. I had to catch an overnight bus the next day at 9pm. I only asked them to store my luggage after I check out, but they encouraged me to use the pool and the shower! It's great to take a shower before 12-hour bus ride. They allowed me to stay at the hotel restaurant as long as I want and they even continued to bring more tea! The hotel also connected me with an excellent tuk tuk driver to get to Sambor Prei Kuk. The driver's name is Mr. Kim Tong and he is more like a tour guide than just a driver. His English is pretty good. He even stepped in to translate and help me to buy my bus ticket when he realized that Google translate is not working well. (The ticket was a unique ticket that can't be bought online.) Highly recommend you to stay at this hotel and pick this tuk tuk driver when you visit Kampong Thom!

It was walking distance to the river. The food is fantastic. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. It's just a pity that the road is being done otherwise it will be excellent.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an incredible experience at Kampong Thum Palace Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely professional. Check-in was smooth, and they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the view from my window was breathtaking. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness and restocking essentials daily. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch – the pool was pristine, the gym was well-equipped, and the on-site restaurant served delicious food with great service. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, all fresh and tasty. What stood out the most was the exceptional service. The staff genuinely cared about my experience, offering great recommendations and always greeting me with a smile. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and will definitely return. Rooms are oke, clean and bed is comfy. Swimming pool is very nice and refreshing. Staff is friendly and speak english One negative aspect, the hotel can't do anything about, is the extremely loud chanting from the monks through the speakers all over town. Starting at 4.30 am and goes on till 8.00 am, when the music and talking starts 😒
