We should’ve stayed 2 nights and left early the first morning. The location of the place is quite good, central but outside of the busy area. So, it’s quiet and chill, with some good cafes and food options nearby. And that’s about all the positive there is about this place. As someone else wrote already, it’s very run down – spider webs in every corner and dirty floors. Our room’s floor was full of hair and dust. AC not working and when we got back to our room at night, it was somehow 10 degrees warmer than outdoor and we had possibly the worst night sleep of our trip because it was simply too hot and the fan they gave us was basically just moving warm air around. The owner/man patrolling the reception was acting weird when we arrived, somehow angry or aggressive. We didn’t really understand what he wanted from us apart from the price of the room because he didn’t speak any English nor understood Khmer when we used Google Translate – it was impossible to communicate. Overall quite poor experience. This is the cheapest guesthouse you’ll find in town though.

I can tell this used to be a nice place, but it’s really run down. I only stayed here because all other Guesthouses I could find charged a minimum for $15 for a night (I paid $7 here). The wifi doesn’t reach the rooms which was also far from ideal. It’s run by a family, and they have a lot of cute kids though.

7$ for one night 2 people. Shampoo - soap - toothbrushes ! Cheap and good what else? Room big - hot water - fan - balcony . Very kind Kmer in the house, here for you with big smile. Highly recommended if you have small budget :) and want nice stay anyway

This nice guy introduced himself as a sikh married to a Buddhist wife with an Indian ties, he even sent his nephew to buy a street cola 5 times asked me what are you doing here? Is it an Indian transborder ideologie Or am I missing something strange in this town number 40 I've visited in cambodia?

$7 per night for a fan room, not sure about A/C. Safe enough spot off the road for locking up bikes. A short walk from the centre of town.
