Fantastic Stay on a Beautiful Private Island!
We spent 4 nights at JATI Koh Russey in a Beachfront Pool Villa, and it was the ultimate island escape. Waking up just steps from the ocean with our own private pool was incredible.
The food throughout our stay was exceptionally fresh, especially the seafood—having the live fish tanks right there makes a huge difference in quality. We also took full advantage of the complimentary water sports facilities; spending our mornings out on the SUPs (stand-up paddleboards) and kayaks was a highlight.
What truly made the stay memorable was the staff—they are so genuine, attentive, and always going out of their way to ensure you feel completely comfortable.
If you are looking for a place to completely unwind, unplug, and enjoy quiet luxury, this is it. Highly recommended!

We stayed 3 nights here. The service was exceptional from the mainland check in reception area, boat transfer across, restaurant/bar/catering staff, spa, activities and other hospitality staff. So friendly, helpful and polite. The rooms are beautiful with a luxurious feel and details. Lovely large pool and good beach swimming. Great land activities also..tennis, pickleball, basketball, biking, boxing and more. Will be great when the mini golf is finished. We were here during the rainy season and had lovely sunny hot days with only one of rain. Resturants had a good range of food to choose from and drinks. Buffet breakfast was very good too. Enjoyed the down time and quiet surroundings.

I’ve stayed at many island resorts around the world, but this one is truly special. Set on the private island of Koh Russey (Bamboo Island), JATI strikes the perfect balance between barefoot luxury, natural beauty, and genuine Cambodian hospitality. From the moment you arrive by speedboat, you feel like you’ve left the rest of the world behind.
The villas are beautifully designed, blending seamlessly into the tropical surroundings while offering every comfort you could wish for. The beach is pristine, the water crystal clear, and the atmosphere incredibly peaceful. Whether you’re relaxing by your private pool, enjoying the stunning infinity pool, or taking a walk along the beach at sunset, every moment feels magical.
What truly sets JATI apart, however, is its people. Every member of the team made me feel genuinely welcome, and their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. You can tell that everyone takes great pride in creating an unforgettable experience for their guests.
The food was another highlight. Every meal was beautifully presented, incredibly fresh, and full of flavor, showcasing both Cambodian cuisine and international favorites. I found myself looking forward to every breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

I genuinely enjoyed my stay at the resort. It is a beautiful and relaxing place with stunning beachfront view comfortable rooms.
However:
- the front desk staff were quite unprofessional unwelcoming from the moments we arrived at the pier
-no one assisted us unloading our language from the car upon arrival
- one of the staff at the pier were very rude shouted at my grandma when she politely ask for information
- Staff act different from previous internet reviewers they judge us un fairly like the others guests being looked down treated us unfairly base on how you dressed up or transport
- when we return back they saw us got nice transportation the pier staff act so differently

We had a wonderful stay at Jati Resort. The private villa was very spacious, surrounded by lush greenery, and offered great privacy. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with whatever we needed. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious with well-balanced flavors. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.
