This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had, and it was definitely not worth the money I paid.
The facilities were in very poor condition. The bathroom was dirty, and many of the decorations and fixtures were damaged or falling apart. The soap dispenser looked old and worn out, and the bathtub had an unpleasant urine-like smell. Overall, the room did not feel clean or properly maintained.
The biggest issue was the room door. During my stay, the electronic key card lock stopped working. The staff spent almost two hours trying to fix it but were unable to solve the problem. Instead, they replaced the electronic key card lock with a simple manual lock.
Even worse, they instructed us to use the front door facing the riverside to enter and exit the room. Unfortunately, that door would not close or lock properly, leaving our room unsecured. When we requested to move to another room, we were told that no rooms were available.
As a result, we had no choice but to stay inside the hotel for the rest of our stay because we couldn't leave our belongings in an unlocked room. This completely ruined our weekend and caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
For the price I paid, I expected a clean, safe, and well-maintained room. Instead, I received a room with poor hygiene, broken facilities, and a serious security issue. While I understand that unexpected problems can happen, the hotel's handling of the situation was unacceptable. I hope the management takes these issues s
My stay here was extremely disappointing. The room was dark and uncomfortable, and the security staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. The bathroom was unhygienic, with visible patches on the wall and old, worn-out equipment. The door was broken and never repaired. Overall, the service was poor and far below expectations. I wasn't living there, but I passed by and picturesque swings caught my attention! Also Jasmine has very beautiful swimming pool which you can visit for 4$. The bar prices are incredibly cheap, by the way.
I just stopped by to see the sunset and it did not disappoint. Fantastic location. I just had an Avocado Shake that was really really good. will come back for sure . I recommend this place if you enjoy sunsets. It's got a beautiful spot on the river. they added sand I guess to give it a very beach like feel.
I am writing a review for the owners of the hotel! the room costs $50, and any with a view and without a view (You need to go to other hotels and see what they offer for this money! They don’t give towels near the pool, they said to take the ones that we use in the shower, this is not acceptable! in the rooms cleaning, only if you ask, they even put water in the room, only when you ask for cleaning (there is no table near the room, no place to dry wet things! not worth the money at all! if all the shortcomings are corrected, you will get a good hotel!
