I had a very bad experience with them. They have their booking system online on Agoda and I made a booking through it. The booking went through successfully. However, when I arrived at the resort, they said their online booking was not ready yet — even though it was already live and online. Despite the technical issue on their end, they were unable to offer any solutions and could not even contact their manager to verify my booking.

I checked into room 107 on 20 June. Although the room had been booked in advance, it was not properly cleaned upon my arrival.

It's a bad experience for spending almost 100$ per room in this resort. Firstly, the road that leads to resort is kinda muddy. Service kinda nice but not really appreciated our coming. The view is okay. The most hate is the room, it didn't even have enough electricity, the bathroom didn't have enough light (shower areas), and can't even charge 5 phones to be fully charged (2beds room). Did not provide towel if we didn't ask. And the electricity teapots were disgusted. Hot/cold showers water were cut off. They printed out a paper that said "Stained heavy, Damaged Price", and what they provide us is a cut bed sheet.

Highlights: The scenery around the resort is beautiful, surrounded by mountains. In terms of the beauty of the resort, it is clean, has a big pool, the rooms are spacious, and the air conditioning works well. Most of the staff are friendly and have good hospitality towards customers. Points to improve: The cleaning of the room, the bathroom is not clean, and the atmosphere in the room is the same. The reception staff who wear glasses are not flexible. Reservations (deposits unrefundable) cannot be canceled for any reason, unlike other resorts; if you give 1 week's notice, you can get a refund.

An unremarkable hotel in a beautiful location. Nothing special about the place, lacks character, atmosphere and poor quality build is already starting to show. No restaurant or food service. On the bright side, the rooms are big with a big terrace so great for family groups. And the place has a pool
