1. Excellence Customer Service, all staffs are very kind, polite and helpful. 2. The room a bit aged but still ok, the bed sheet are very clean. 3. Breakfast are excellence, no question, however breakfast area look smaller then the original photo show. I cannot find the right sitting place during the peak hours. 4. The only issue is the swimming pool deck, so dirty need to be improve ( I think thats not the original pool deck ). 5. Overall experience are good and happy to stay there, and will come back to stay again in future.

We just stayed at this amazing resort for two nights, it wasn't long enough. From the moment we checked in, the staff were very friendly and so accomodating, we had two rooms for a family of four, they were both very clean. The pool area is so relaxing & the restaurant food we had for breakfast & dinner was great. Attention to detail - 5 star. Thank you again Good Time Relax, we'll be back again someday!

Had an amazing time at good time relax resort. My friends and I enjoyed the free boat ride, kayak, and lovely pool. The staff service is superb and the rooms are very lovely!
