Love this place !
We came back 3 times during our long stay in Cambodia. It’s the perfect base. Close to all the great restaurants and nightlife, but not in the middle of all the noice. The room is great! You really get a high standard compared to other places in that price range. Bed and pillows are comfy and the balcony is amazing for hanging out in the day and evening.
The service is the best! Very friendly and they helped us with all sorts of problems and requests. Would definitely recommend!!
The room is very dirty. And they provide the difference room without notify. The worker and cashier trying to scam money on us by telling us we do something that need to charge more on the room price. After we tell that we will report them, then he blocked us and deleted all the history chat. This resort and worker should not be exist in that famous island like there.
I booked on booking.com and I didn’t rlly look at the reviews beforehand… so this is sorta on me.. I obviously wasn’t expecting a grand luxury resort as it said 7.3 stars which is pretty average, not too bad, not too good, you know? I can’t seem to remember the exact price but it was around $200 usd smth for 2 nights for 2 rooms, 1 with 2 beds and 1 with a queen size bed. The price itself isn’t too bad, but u can definitely get better for the same price or maybe a tad bit more expensive but would be MUCH more worth it. First thing I noticed when I walked into my room was that there was a STRONGGGG smell of cigarettes which hurt my head. Can you at least put an air refresher in the room so it doesn’t smell like cigs? I ended up switching to the room next door as the guy at reception couldn’t find my room key..??? Room next door smelt better (thank god), but I can tell the room wasn’t cleaned properly. The bathroom was still wet meaning someone recently used it… crumbs and dust on the bed as well as the floor, lamps don’t work, fridge doesn’t work, etc. I could go on and on about the bathroom but I’m just gonna summarise it: DISGUSTING!!!!!! Ok, maybe I’m over exaggerating because I’m a bit of a clean freak but Holy!!! The smell in the bathroom is horrid!!! There’s mold and gunk in the crevices in and around the shower, just thinking about this is making me gag🤮 No hot water in shower as well. As mentioned, there was crumbs and dust on the bed so I legit slept like a log becaus
The receptionist was horrible. He tried to charge us 50% for the service we didn’t use. Very rude and aggressive reception. He even tried to scam us by selling overpriced services including the motor rental. If you don’t wanna ruined your vacation, avoid this place
Booked a room that was already booked by someone else. I was told that I could be given a twin room for the same price. Guest services never replied to my questions and the phone number said the resort was unreachable. Maybe let your customers know.
