A nice guest house with a friendly atmosphere. The rooms are simple but adequate. I got a room with a fan for 7$ and I could have gotten one with air conditioning for 13$. My room had a nice balcony. On the down side, the TV was broken. There was no issue with bugs and the bathroom was clean, although lacking hot water. The location is not far from the Pursat riverside and various restaurants and sights. It is only about a 10 minute walk from the railway station as well. All in all, it is a nice budget option

Ok ok guest house. Last choice to stay. Room is clean but smelly. They open 24hrs. There is a guard and a staff standing by past 10pm. My humble opinion, they should upgrade the building structure.

Clean double room with fan and confortable bed for 6usd. No hot water. Excellent Wi-Fi. Nice and friendly owners.

Very clean rooms 3200 for fan room , $15 for ac. Speak english here. Allowed to store motobike indoors at night.
