We booked a hotel 3 weeks in advance. They confirmed our reservation and charged us 7 days before our arrival. We came from far away and found the hotel closed. They didn't apologize or warn us in advance. They simply weren't working. And now they haven't been able to approve a refund for several days. This is terrible service.

I stayed at Damnak Borey Resort for 2nights with my family of 3people.non of us have negative about Damnak Borey Resort. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Room was very comfortable and clean. Location is very welcoming and best atmosphere. Food was very delicious for both Khmer and Western food. We will come back again.

The room was claustrophobic. It had a mattress on the floor because there was no space for a bed. The toilet is in the shower, literally. The shower space, with the toilet in the middle is very tiny. The title “luxe house” should be interpreted as “primitive hut”. The online photographs are deceiving. The walls are water damaged. We booked for 3 days but quit after just one night. The staff at the reception is great and very helpful.

Nice and clean with excellent atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. My teenagers are very enjoys with quad bike tour. The pizza was super:). Thank you for your warmest hospitality..

It is a vacation heaven. Very peaceful atmosphere. It is close to the ocean and Bokor Mountain. Private pool bungalows, garden setting, very large concrete road (8m wide) free Ostrich zoo, organic veg farm, kid playground. Just next to Sonja Kill Memorial Hospital (SKMH)
