We stayed at the rooms for 10 nights and ate at the restaurant almost every day either for breakfast or dinner. The rooms could do with updating but as we left the workers have started on it so it has potential to be very nice. However since it’s SUPER cheap it’s great for the price.
The place is run by 2 sisters who are the friendliest people we have met and super hard working, they’re on the restaurant floor all day every day.
One day we will be back on the island and would be nice to go back and catch up.
The pizza here is great, they have a brick oven and the dough is amazing. I had the vegetarian one and it had loads of veggies. It was very garlicky but I guess that will be great for most people. Beer was priced fairly. I enjoyed a dinner with a large group in one of the big tables. I recommend this place. Only con: bathrooms are dirty.
Stayed in the dorm. The beds are big and comfy and the room was spacious but the bathroom was a disaster. Only one of the two stalls were open and the open one didn't have a lock... and it wasn't cleaned during the two days I stayed. Considering it was a little expensive for a dorm, the staff could put in a little more TLC.
The food is pricey but good and it's got a good vibe. Music is usually off by 1am.
Very basic accommodation. Bed， shower over toilet， fan and ac (we paid extra). Power cut in the evening but not their fault. Power is turned off during the night and not put back on it the morning. Although we paid for ac we had it for a few hours. Kept shoes on in room as very sandy. Overall a quiet stay in a very good location. Pizza was great and the beers cold.
Had breakfast here and got food poising, we should have know with the amount of flys swarming us at the table. Think
It was from the fresh milk…. The staff were also rude and short changed us when we paid in dollars and they gave us back in riel. Did not stay at the rooms luckily. Much nicer restaurants along the beach.
