I strictly not recommend staying at this place.
In November 2019, I pre-booked a room there, as the cost seemed reasonable. Upon arrival, I was easily accommodated in the room. After that I left to have time to see the temples of Angkor at sunset. When I returned after sunset, I found all my things (including expensive equipment and documents) lying around the lobby counter. To my indignation, stupid staff near the lobby counter could not say anything intelligible. I hastened to leave this place without finding out the details.
I’m really enjoyed my holiday in this place I felt warm since I step my foot in here the service was quite nice they were friendly and they also recommend some place to visit. The holiday has been update a lot and the environment is very nice. I’m really recommend you to stay at this hotel if you have holiday and want to visit Siem Reap.
Room is clean, tidy and comfy, but WiFi connection sucks. Halfway of surfing the internet, I wad disconnected. Within few hours it disconnected 2 to 3 times. Don't pick this place to stay if you need WiFi badly.
