Booked 6 rooms from Phnom Penh, when arrived the Aircons don't work properly, no room to switch and have to pay 50% to cancel. Stuff is rude. Not recommended this.

Air conditioning has not worked properly in every room, and alternative rooms were not always available to switch into, so it is worth raising any problem at reception on arrival. Rooms differ in how much outside noise they catch — some guests have been kept awake by dogs barking and by movement in the room above — so ask about quieter rooms if you are a light sleeper. Parking space is available on site.

This is a good deal for $8 a night. Location wise 10 minutes walk going to the city center. 2-3 minutes walk to the main road. The Staff - They speak English -Night shift staff (little English) nice and friendly. The Room - clean - spacious - enough parking space. - quiet neighborhood. 100% Recommended we'll definitely come back here again. We plan for a night ended up staying for a week. Good Value for money.

Room and bed is just fine ... But what was so annoyed were ,I chose a room which heard the dog bark all night long. I couldn't sleep well, also people upstair pulled the chair or table very noisy. Around 3am maybe people go up and she was like running up and very very noisy. I was on worktrip, meeting in the morning but I couldn't handle my eyes from sleeplessness last night.

The rooms are clean and still pretty new. The reception service is friendly and helpful. The price is reasonable. It's 500m from the provincial center. There's a nice food service inside.

Excellent place to stay. Rooms were very clean and full of wooden. 5min work from downtown and 50m from main road.
