$15 usd / night. AC, hot water, private bathroom, bottled water, toilet paper, wifi, hair dryer, soap, toothbrushes, plenty electric outlets, private car-sized parking stall, very clean. I am a bicycle tourist. Owner speaks very good English. He allowed me to bring my bicycle inside the room. I gave it a "sponge-bath" in the private parking stall before bringing it in. I'm usually looking for the best budget room, around $10. However, at $15, this room is still good value because of the amenities, cleanliness and good maintenance. It is well worth $15. I recommend.

A Peaceful and Welcoming Stay I recently stayed at 83 Guesthouse, and it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff were incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with directions, local tips, or anything else I needed during my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was soft and inviting, and the air conditioning worked perfectly—ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to rest and recharge. The guesthouse is located in a convenient yet peaceful area, close enough to local attractions but tucked away from the noise. I especially enjoyed the small garden area, which was a lovely spot to sit and unwind in the evenings. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and there were plenty of places nearby to grab a bite to eat. What stood out most was the sense of care and attention to detail. It’s clear that the team takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for their guests. I would highly recommend 83 Guesthouse to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and friendly place to stay. I’ll definitely be back!

Nice place but is that chair or sofa or whatever I don't know how to call it, for yoga or something?? I don't know know to use it. What a waste of potential. Please be sure to put instructions how to use all different items in that room. Thank you

Nice and clean room with cheap price. But the sink outside the bathroom, quite weird. I dont know that orange chair is for what? Price is 15$ per night for 2 people

Air-conditioning, good bathroom, nice bedroom , private parking, 2 chairs and room every fresh cooler.
