This place is way overpriced for what you get. The photos are not at all what you get. The rooms are old, worn, the bathroom is actually outside. The round rooms are split and you can see your neighboring room in the bathroom. The grounds are not well groomed. The water is not accessible. The outdoor seating is old, worn out, dirty, bugs everywhere (Cambodia). Just overall opinion is, they charge you like a resort and provide an old not well thought out hotel with bad rooms and some tables outside.

Very disappointed with the customer service. I called the resort several times regarding the room availability and price but no one answered. I also contacted them on Telegram. They declined my call, read my message, and didn’t respond. Poor communication and very unprofessional.

Nice place to stay. From the rooms you have relatively direct sea view. The food is decent. Nice pool with warm water, also suitable for the kids because it's not very deep. The pictures presented on the website are taken at "the perfect" angle. Nice and pleasant stay overall.

Awesome resort, very friendly staff and host! They work closely with the community and a lot of the staff have been there for years. And ... the sundowns are amazing. For the sun up go on the jetty before 6 pm!

Very great and relaxing moment. Large pool, only sound of birds and sea waves.
