We had the best time here. Sadly this was our last stop before we flew back. Next time we want to stay at least 1-2 hours for total relaxation. It's so peaceful and quiet here, that you can calm down in the wild nature in a beautiful minimalistic eco resort.
We're back home and I really miss the bucket shower in the morning. No coffe can compete with that 😂
Thank you so much Dany for the magical time ❤️
We had the most magical two week stay here, we wish we could have stayed longer! It truly is a little slice of paradise! Danny and the rest of the staff are so accomodating and really take care of the place. The food at the restaurant is delicious and the portions were big. The beach is also very clean. We will miss it!
We didn’t stay at Lonely Beach, but we visited for a swim and it was beautiful. The beach was clean, the water was crystal clear, and the view is spectacular, exactly what you want on Koh Rong. Nice, relaxed vibe and a great spot to spend a few hours in the water. Highly recommend stopping by even if you’re not staying there.
5/5 - It's about the Lonely Beach. A hidden gem.
It's a very secluded beach, located 2 KM from the main road, accessible via an offroad path. You can either walk or ride a bike to get there.
I experienced the first sunset of 2026 here. The beach was bustling with families, children, and many visitors. It was a wonderful atmosphere.
Please note, you can ride your bike all the way to the end. There are many bike parking spots along the route to the beach, but do not park there as the beach is quite a distance from those locations.
Please keep this place exactly as it is.
Lonely Beach is a rare reminder that nature is already perfect. On an island where construction is spreading everywhere, this place shows the real beauty of Koh Rong.
Its value is precisely in what it does not have: no big buildings, no unnecessary development, just nature, silence and the sea.
Preserving it like this is not only respectful to the planet, it is what makes it truly special.
