The place is very comfortable and beautiful, especially since they have a nice swimming pool on the top floor. I really liked the receptionist's service because their language was easy to understand. However, check-in took a bit longer yesterday, but perhaps the check-in process could be made easier.

The hotel is old and the bedsheets in our rooms have stains. This is more of a budget hotel. The swimming pool on the 11th floor is so small and the water is very cold. There's no extra towel at the pool to wipe your body. There is only one lift and you can see lots of dust since it's transparent and made of glass. This hotel is near to massage shop and pharmacy. Breakfast is substantial if you do not require many dishes. The lobby is full of wooden carvings making the space look so crammed, dusty and untidy. Our hotel room is overlooking a temple so it's quite loud during prayer time. The only beautiful thing is the sunset on the 11th floor.

Clean rooms with big windows. Large, high pressure showers. Staff are very friendly and professional. They made sure I had a cold drink n wash towel as soon as I arrived. Rooftop pool has great views, an area to sunbathe and a large, private shower. Lobby has beers at good prices. 👍

I don't like it when the male staff stared at me like I'm a criminals every time I'm go to out/inside the hotels. Kinda overpriced for a room that can't watched online TV, my room is at 9th and they're said that TV doesn't working on the height place. Their gym tools are broken. They're only have adult pools, kids can't play on the pools. I like the breakfast. It has various menu.

The place look kinda acceptable and the price is so reasonable, but the room is a bit small for three people. The facilities there look so old. The bathroom even smell cigarettes. We even ask for the spare tissues but they didn’t provide it to us. Staffs seem so friendly and it is located not a bit far from Cambodia-Thailand border.
