It is a nice apartment complex. The staff keeps it very clean, and the guards are polite and accommodating.
Rooftop is very nice with a clean pool and workout room.
Rent prices are a little bit higher compared to the competition in the area. A little bit higher than the market, which means the value is not there. Location is good, but not great.

I have stayed in few different apartment buildings in Phnom Penh and I can say for a fact that this place has one of the best quality and services I have ever seen. So much so that I stayed here in 2023 and now in 2025 I came back from USA after a year and still choose to stay here.
I moved into the PS Service Apartment in December 2022, and it has been an excellent experience. The customer service is outstanding, with prompt attention to any concerns and a willingness to listen to suggestions. The management team, led by a professional boss Sam, ensures that all needs are met efficiently.
The neighborhood is safe and conveniently located near a small market, where basic necessities are readily available. The apartment itself is maintained, with good amenities such as a gym, pool, and sauna. The view from the rooptop is particularly relaxing.
Overall, I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here for over two years and would definitely return if given the opportunity. The combination of great service, amenities, and location makes this apartment a top choice.

The location is good with a great market and lots of local restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The rooftop pool, sauna, steam and gym are good
Negatives:
Walls thin so all noises inside and outside are heard all day and night. Packs of dogs howling/ barking all day/ night, this place is not the best if you like to sleep. Probably a language issue but my experiences with staff were not pleasant
