Best Standard Guest House in these Zone, Nowhere can find these very excellent Hospitality plus a Warm Welcome Family’s owner. 15$ A Day which is very affordable. Quiet with A/C and surrounding Calm Locals. Willing to stay here again when i am visiting Takeo

I don't think this place is in business anymore. Revision...it's further down the road at these coordinates 10.9889627, 104.7758606 I too a pic of the building google maps leads you to. Now I took a pic of where it actually is😊 I did not stay here, because I could not find it. I found another place nearby before I located this place. I only gave 4 stars so I did not hurt their rating...one star off for bad directions to location.

The Guesthouse is lead by a very nice family. Room we got was spacious and very clean, even the wardrobe and a ceiling had no spider's web. The walls looked like freshly painted, bathroom well maintained and clean. A whole place well looked after and well maintained. The towels with a nice scent, flip-flops to use and a good wifi if you are working traveling nomads. The only thing missing was a kettle. That could stop up from staying for a long time but other than that I highly recommend the place.

We came across this place on our cycle journey across Cambodia and were pleasantly surprised. The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with, our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, the wifi was good and there was a place to store our bike undercover. There is also a restaurant next door and a small supermarket nearby.

I stayed one night on 11 July 2014, the room is very clean, and all furnitures are new. i think the guesthouse is new-built. Every thing in the room are very new and modern like deluxe room. It is family own guesthouse and they run the guesthouse themself and they are friendly. the park is big enough for several cars. The price is reasonable, 7$ for fan room and 15$ for AC room. it is nice to stay there, very recommended.
