$15 per night is very reasonable for a guesthouse like this. It’s right by the lake and the park — a great spot if you enjoy running or just want a peaceful place to stay.

Enjoyed my stay! A cafe at hotel. Clean, safe, great A/C. Room with balcony, a/c, hot water, lake view .. $13. Staff speak English. Booked shared taxi to Phnom Penh. Lake and promenade across st. 5 min walk to center town but quiet location. A heads up .. no motorcycle or bicycle rentals in town.

Top value! 8 dollar for really nice twin bedroom. WiFi perfect, friendly staff. Best deal so far after 2 months cycling in Asia.
