Good to know

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel and would gladly return on my next visit. The value was outstanding, and the rate simply couldn't be beat for the level of service provided.
As a Diamond member, I appreciated being recognized at check-in. I was welcomed with a thoughtful fruit bowl and a personal note from the General Manager, which is always a nice touch. I was also upgraded to a balcony room, making the stay even more enjoyable.
The room was a bit dated, but it was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and quiet. The internet worked well throughout my stay, which was important for both work and staying connected.
What truly stood out was the front desk team. Everyone was incredibly friendly, remembered my name, and genuinely took an interest in how my day was going. That level of personalized service made me feel valued as a guest.
The location is excellent and convenient for getting around. I also found the laundry service to be reasonably priced, which was a nice bonus during my stay. Breakfast was available as an optional add-on for just $10, offering a good value for those who wanted it.
Between the outstanding service, comfortable accommodations, excellent location, and great value, this hotel is a smart choice. I would definitely stay here again.
Had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Poulo Wai. The hotel is clean, modern, and located in a convenient area of Phnom Penh. The rooms were comfortable, well maintained, and had everything needed for a business or leisure stay.
The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The facilities, including the pool and common areas, were well kept and added to the overall experience. Breakfast was also good, with a decent variety of options.
Overall, a great hotel with good service, comfort, and value. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Phnom Penh.
I stayed in both hotels, the Ramada and the Poulo Wai, multiple times over the last 2 months. They are next to each other and share the same management and staff.
First thing to mention is that both hotels are under complete new management as they joined the Wyndham family in late 2025 and therefore all reviews older than 6 months refer to the old hotels and not to the present ones.
As a Wyndham Diamond member I received full acknowledgement of my status by being upgraded to their most expensive suites every time (nearly 3 times the price I paid for the standard room).
Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, they must have undergone Wyndham training before starting to work because they were very enthusiastic in doing their jobs.
At my first stay I pointed out that the internet was slow, like other reviewers said before me, on my second stay they had upgraded their system and I received a stable 100 Mbit connection every time. Very satisfying that they actually listen and act accordingly to customer complaints.
As the hotels were nearly empty, like many other upper class hotels in Phnom Penh these days, thanks to the flight interruptions due to the conflict in the middle east, they didn't serve buffet breakfast but a la carte only. What looked like a downgrade at first sight was actually an upgrade because you received your breakfast freshly made and not stale from waiting in a bowl for hours.
All in all I'm very satisfied and hope that their staff will hold up that g
