The host Michael was very inviting and courteous. He was also very helpful in our requests. I am surprise to be able to find a quiet and peaceful location in a bustling city like Phnom Penh. The cost was also very affordable. I can easily recommend anyone who needs a place to stay and their internet is surprisingly good.

We, as a couple, stayed here in a 1 bedroom on a lower floor for 3 months. We would recommend as a great, affordable, short-medium term accommodation in Phnom Penh (hard to find!) Michael, Chen and the team do an amazing job. They’re so helpful, kind and generous. We had to leave suddenly for a month, moving out, and Michael even let us store our things for free until we returned. A weight off our minds. The weekly cleaners are extremely thorough (we tipped, well-deserved). Yes, the rooms are not brand new anymore, a bit run-down, they do look different from the website, but every effort is made to ensure they’re spotless and liveable- a home. If you want something changed/rearranged/moved/fixed, they will try to address as soon as able. Just ask. Our large apartment had 2 x ceiling fans, 2 x AC, 2 bathrooms, 2 TV’s (we used a HDMI cable to watch stuff via laptop), a full-size fridge n equipped kitchen, washing machine. Separate bedroom (definitely a 1 bedroom, not a studio) with a desk for work. It’s very functional. Can’t speak for the gym- didn’t use it as couldn’t figure out the equipment tbh- but the rooftop area is nice and friendly, the little plunge pool a good spot for an evening drink. The restaurant food is very good. It’s a relatively quiet area (a miracle in Cambodia- believe me). There’s no big construction nearby, no clubs, no karaoke 😃! But the guy in the house outside our window was unfortunately fond of his DIY projects. He did generally stick to busine

Love it here. Michael is an awesome manager. Pool table, lounge and pool on the roof. Room is perfect and affordable. Area is relatively quiet but still not far from town. What more could you ask for?

I had such a wonderful stay here, it honestly felt like being part of a family. Michael was incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure everything was perfect. The place is spotless, very welcoming, and has such a warm atmosphere. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, which made my stay extra enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phnom Penh.
