The combination of a pool, a breakfast buffet, air-conditioned rooms and an on-site washing machine suits short stays in Koh Kong where a base with somewhere to swim and eat matters more than a long list of facilities, and where self-service laundry is useful. This was the worst resort experience I’ve ever had. We booked in advance, but despite arriving at 5:00 PM (3 hours after the 2:00 PM check-in time), our room wasn't ready. We had to wait another hour just to get in.
When we finally entered, the room was disgusting. It smelled heavily of cigarette smoke despite being "non-smoking," and there were cigarette butts under the bed. We didn't even get towels until 8:30 PM, and when they arrived, they smelled old and musty.
The facilities are poorly maintained. The swimming pool is incredibly dirty—it looks worse than a remote pond. The "breakfast buffet" was a joke; there was no meat or vegetables in the noodles or porridge. There wasn't even enough bread or eggs for all the guests. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
One of the most beautiful and cozy places I've ever visited! Besides having great facilities, beautiful rooms, a wonderful view, and one of the most beautiful sunsets I've ever seen! It's definitely worth spending a weekend with your loved one or family there!
What a terrible experience. So many unnecessary rules with unbelievably bad service. They only care about charging extra fees, yet the buffet food is served like guests didn’t even pay for it. The place is dirty, poorly managed, and absolutely not worth the money. I’ve honestly never experienced such a horrible resort before. Don’t waste your money, time, or energy coming here
Room is dirty, wash mashine doesn't work. We are stay here 2 nights- they didn't bring drink water, coffee and tea, not change towels. All this "benefits" for overprice.
