The place was ok - but really overpriced. If it was around $25-30 I would give it 4 or 5 stars - but it was in need of some maintenance, they don't provide bars of soap (only shower gel) and the quality is just not what you'd expect for the price That said it is just over the road from the beach and has a pool. Parking in front of the hotel can be difficult if it's a holiday.

The room looks pretty clean and new at photos and at the first sight, but living inside you'll find out that this hotel needs to be repaired. Usually there are troubles with cold water so you'll have to wait about 10 minutes not to get burned in the shower. Curtains were really dirty, the breakfast was absolutely awful - that was the final point for us to leave this place. The staff acts pretty unfriendly, making you feel like as if you owe them smth. Everething around this hotel looks ruined and very dirty. The beach nearby is not really comfortable to walk in because it's not deep enough. You'll need to walk in about 30 meters in the water to get it over your chest level.

Ok this hotel is an nightmare. If you like bugs then this hotel is for you. They do not clean the rooms. The bathroom stil had stains and waste from the previous guest. Bathroom walls are full of mould that ate itself through the sealing. I think the hotel will not be maintained anymore due to chinese investors. It guess the resort will be replaced with one of this super luxury hotels.

Location is good. Rooms are super basic. In VN thi kind of room.would not cost more than 10 usd. So I'd say it is overpriced for what standard it is

Room is clean but the problem is that how much you are happy when you get off your car no parking space and in front of your booking room opposit of swimming pool with many bag of trashese while several peopld drunk around it. HMH!!!
