This guest house is a scam cuz they charge 35$ per night during grade 12 exam. And the room is small and doesn't even have hot water. Is it a reasonable or scam?

Lizard came on bed, ask to change room they said they will clean and started making fun. I am foreigner here i cannot be comfortbale with lizards at bed. 1 lizard on roof. Not much good experience this time.

Overall still need to maintain room especially WC, cable TV and internet services as just on the second floor there's no internet at all in the room.

Not so good and not well cleandiness. Many business men working for companies stay there.👎
