Price for rooms in this little small town should be a little lower but I love this place which offers a lot of stuff nearby like fresh like lobsters, city center, market, etc and a lot of greenery.

Room is clean for those Delux and Superior Type . Which start from 35 to 45 for None Breakfast

Worst stay in our 4 months trip in South East Asia. The room had a lot of humidity and the smells going on with it. It wasn't very clean, a dead cockroach in the bathroom when we arrived, and the bed sheets were uncleaned. We stayed in the Superior twin room B2, which is right next to the reception, and we woke up several times early morning as it was noisy. Lots of cars coming and leaving. I am not sure there are better alternatives to stay in this location. However, I definitely don't recommend it. The TV was not working either.

Quality guest house. We had a comfortable stay here on a bike tour. Met other Americans travelling with an educational charity for women. Rooms had AC, bathroom had shower as part of room, clean – we were happy! Breakfast was not quick but hit the spot. Malaria area so cover up at night. Little English spoken.

It has huge potential, however the rooms need simple touch ups and staff needs to be trained properly. Main issue is, there is no bed sheet and only a decorative thin piece of yellow fabric, which is not clean. Luckily they replaced it with real bed sheets and duvet after we complained. Better to place a shower cabinet in the restroom, instead of current yellowish dirty looking shower curtains. We stayed in VIP room 1, which is right next to the reception and we woke up several times early morning (6 am to 7 am) as it was noisy. I am not sure there are better alternatives to stay in this location, however, if you will stay for only one night, I think it is tolerable.
